Each of our dedicated, highly skilled associates is trained to handle customer inventory with the level of care they would apply if it was their own. Every job from truck driving to cargo handling; fork lift operations to administrative support is performed with energy and close attention to detail.

Our seasoned supervisors anchor our management process leading by example to maintain discipline, improve associate performance and ensure consistently superior KPI results in every aspect of our operations. These highly proficient, hands-on leaders are the backbone of BDS and embody all the best in our business.

The operations management team is charged with actuating BDS strategies by meeting operating objectives, optimizing customer service results and maintaining all cost management thresholds. Each of our managers and operations directors ensures their unit’s performance in meeting customer logistics requirements, shipping schedules, inventory management and financial objectives. This team is in direct contract with customer logistics management and directly responsible for ensuring the success of our “customer focus initiatives” in every aspect of our operations.

BDS executives bring together broad based logistics capabilities, wide ranging industry expertise and a wealth of senior management experience necessary to lead our organization. The executive team is charged with strategic planning, setting corporate objectives, mentoring the operations directors and providing all of the tools necessary for our company to achieve success for our valued customers.
