System Security

We have a fully redundant data center in a co-location facility with a SAS 70 rating designed to host corporate centers. This facility provides redundant network, power, and air conditioning. At corporate we have multiple T-3’s from two different vendors and T-1’s as backup to ensure continuous connectivity. Both facilities are kept in real-time synchronization. When a transaction is posted at the primary site, it simultaneously posts at the backup location. All backup tapes are stored offsite and removed daily. Full tests of the backup and primary systems are conducted three times per year to ensure functional continuity.

BDS has recently obtained the RedPrairie On-Demand WMS for warehouse and inventory management. This cloud-based system allows us to provide our customers with real time inventory visibility and collaboration anywhere, anytime, from any Internet-enabled computer. It also allows us to provide our customers 24/7 accessibility to their inventory with 99.997% uptime
