Automatic Carrier Notification

The BDS Yard Management System will automatically notify carriers when you have unloaded a container or trailer. This notification serves as their notice to pick up the trailer and stops your penalties. This is especially important in situations where several hundred containers are unloaded or cross docked every week.

Automatic Updates

Yard audits automatically update the system. Wait time for download of information to bring the system current is eliminated. Hand held devices are linked via radio frequency to the system, so as changes are made, the system will reflect them and the custom reports are in real time.

Custom Reporting

Our YMS allows the printing of the reports you need. Since every trailer move is recorded, it can be searched. Reports vary and a dispatcher can query real time information or historical information. You can query by yard, carrier, empty or loaded, location, product, etc.
